Gel Polish Color Activator Base Coat delivers maximum color intensity while protecting against staining. CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish Color Activator Base Coat – A white base coat designed to intensify the color of CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish.

• Start with P.E.P. to ensure the nail plate is thoroughly cleansed and prepared.
• Shake to blend.
• Apply a thin layer of CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish Base Coat or CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish Color Activator Base Coat. Cure for 20 seconds in CND™ LED Lamp.*
• Apply a thin, even layer of CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish Color Coat. Cure for one minute in CND™ LED Lamp.
• Apply second layer of color using the same process.
• Apply a thin layer of CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Gel Polish Top Coat, cure for one minute in CND™ LED Lamp.
• Finish with a thin layer of CND™ CREATIVE PLAY™ Nail Polish Top Coat.
