Top Velvet Matt decorative topcoat gives the gel-lacquer coating a stunning velvety look. The effect of velvet marigold looks amazing regardless of your chosen color gel polish. Forms a sticky layer.

Apply a thin layer. Polymerization time in a LED lamp 30-60 seconds or 36W UV lamp 2 min.

 

Remove the adhesive layer with LEO Nail Prep & Cleanser (2in1)

Removed with the help of LEO Gel remover 10 min.
