How to use Water Decal

1. Cut out the fitting shape of the sticker.
2. Apply a layer of base coat for grl polish
   dry under UV or LED lamp
3. Apply color gel polish (If needed) and dry in nail lamp for 10 seconds.
4. Soack the sticker for 20-30 seconds on a wet cotton pad.
5. Slide the sticker and adjust it on your nail.
   dry for 30 second under nail lamp.
   after drying you can use a nail file to remove the sticker edges.
6. Apply a top coat layer and dry for 30 seconds.
